This project, commissioned by Dr. Santiago at Elevate Stories, was part of a series of training being developed for a third party and stand-alone system. The goal of the course/tool was to help participants guide themselves through the  theory being developed from a larger scale project. As part of Dr. Santiago's team I played a different role assisting the team with creating job aids implementing the specific aims of the content. Dr. Santiago's piece was geared towards the skills need for young people to thrive in a new professional environment.

Dr. Santiago wanted to develop this tool that would allow participants to rate themselves and reflect on the diferent elements of the theories developed here. The original skills tool was created using Articulate storyline and published online. Users were able to print their results at the end to provide to their mentors or program facilitators. I redeveloped the tool using Articulate Rise 360 to update the look and feel.

This experience was very interesting because it provided a new perspective on the work, working as a part of a team that was a small part of a larger project. I enjoyed working with an experienced instructional designer and content expert to create a really rewarding end results.
